Common questions
Do I need a Shopify store?
No. Upload orders as a CSV, create them in the portal or use the REST API. Shopify only automates order import and tracking sync.
When am I charged?
Only when something happens: the product cost when you approve a sourcing quote, then pick, pack and shipping when an order leaves the warehouse. There is no subscription and no minimum volume.
