Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Shopify store to use Fulfido?
No. You can upload orders as a CSV, create them one at a time in the portal, or push them through the REST API. The Shopify connection is optional, it automates order import and tracking sync, nothing else.
How do storage fees work?
Every received batch stores free for its first 7 days. After that, storage bills at a flat $0.02 per unit per month, deducted from your wallet at the end of each month as its own line item, nothing lands as a surprise.
What happens when items arrive damaged?
Receiving staff photograph every batch before it is shelved. Units that fail inspection are quarantined and you get the photos in a QC report within 24 hours, then choose to return to the supplier, keep at a discount, or discard. If stock is damaged inside our warehouse, the landed cost is refunded to your wallet automatically.
Can you buy from 1688 or Taobao for me?
Yes. Paste product links or describe the item in a sourcing request (RFQ). We come back with quotes from 1 to 3 suppliers within 48 hours, you approve a quote before we spend anything, and the purchased stock is inspected and shelved in our fulfillment center like your own inventory.
Can I put my own brand on dropshipped orders?
Yes, that is the point of print-on-demand branding. Upload your artwork once, choose Branding Lite ($19.90/yr) or Pro ($99/yr), and we print custom labels, hangtags, packing bags, gift-card inserts and branded tape on demand and apply them to every order at pack time. Your customer opens your brand, not a generic parcel, with no separate print run or minimum order.
When am I charged?
Only when something happens: the product cost when you approve a sourcing quote, and pick, pack and shipping when an order leaves the warehouse. There is no subscription and no minimum volume. Everything is deducted from a prepaid wallet with a line item per event.
