Tracking questions
Tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours — is that normal?
Usually, yes. Parcels are only scanned when they reach the next facility, and the longest legs — the line-haul flight out of China and import customs — can take 2–4 days with no scans in between. If there has been no new scan for more than 5 days, contact the store you ordered from and they will open a trace with the carrier.
Why did my parcel leave China quickly and then slow down?
The first scans come fast because they all happen within hours of each other: the warehouse in Yiwu, the carrier's sort center, and export customs are close together. After that the parcel joins a consolidated air line-haul and then queues in import customs at the destination — a stretch of several days where it is moving or waiting but not being scanned. Tracking picks back up as soon as the local delivery carrier takes over.
I entered the wrong address — what do I do?
Contact the store you ordered from as fast as possible. The address can be changed free of charge until the parcel leaves the warehouse. After it has shipped, the store can request an intercept with the local carrier — that works in some countries but is never guaranteed, so speed matters.
