Services

Three services, one warehouse, one wallet. Ship us stock you already buy, hand us the buying and inspection, or sell goods we keep on our own shelves. Every service below carries a written SLA and leaves photo evidence in your dashboard.

Warehousing & fulfillment

You create an ASN in the portal — SKUs, quantities, carton count — and ship to Zone A of our Yiwu warehouse. From the moment the truck backs up to the dock, the clock runs: cartons are photographed before the seals are cut, contents are counted against the ASN by SKU, and every unit is shelved with a bin location within 24 hours. Any shortage or damage found at receiving appears in the ASN record with photos the same day, not weeks later during a dispute.

Once stock is on the shelf, orders flow in from Shopify, WooCommerce, the REST API or a plain CSV. Pickers scan the bin barcode and the item barcode at pack — that double scan is where our 99.6% pick accuracy comes from. Orders confirmed before 14:00 China Standard Time leave the building the same day, and the YunExpress or 4PX tracking number pushes back to your store the moment the label prints.

Sourcing & procurement

Paste a 1688 or Taobao link, attach a spec sheet, or just describe the product. Our sourcing team in Yiwu works the phones with factories we already know in Chaozhou, Dehua and Jingdezhen and comes back with 1–3 supplier quotes within 48 hours — unit cost, MOQ, lead time and sample photos, side by side in your dashboard. We spend nothing until you click approve on a specific quote.

After approval we purchase, chase the factory through production, and receive the goods into our own dock — where every sourced batch goes through AQL 2.5 sampling inspection before a single unit touches a shelf. Failed units are quarantined with photos; you decide whether we push the supplier for rework, take a credit, or re-source. Sourced stock then lives in your inventory exactly like cartons you shipped yourself.

QC included — not an add-on

Every sourced batch is sampling-inspected to AQL 2.5 at no extra charge. Defects are photographed and classified critical, major or minor before you pay the balance — so a bad batch is the supplier's problem, not yours.

House catalog

We buy ceramics, candles and home goods in bulk from the same factories our merchants source from, and keep them on our own shelves in Yiwu. That means you can list a product tonight and ship an order tomorrow — no inbound shipment, no MOQ, no capital tied up in inventory. Catalog SKUs carry the same pick-pack pricing and the same same-day dispatch cutoff as your own stock.

Every catalog item was inspected on the way in, so the QC photos, dimensions and packed weights on the product page are measured by us, not copied from a supplier listing. When a catalog product sells well for you, one click converts it into a private sourcing request — we buy a dedicated batch under your account, often 15–20% below catalog price at volume.

Quality control

The same five-step process runs on every sourced batch — and on your own inbounds when you request inspection. Full detail on our QC process page.

    Supplier vetting

    Business license check, past-batch defect history, and a scored factory profile before a supplier can appear in your quotes.

  2. 2

    Pre-purchase sample (optional)

    We order a sample at cost, photograph and measure it, and ship it to you or hold it as the reference unit for the batch.

  3. 3

    Inbound AQL 2.5 sampling

    A statistically sized sample from every batch is inspected against the reference — for a 500-unit batch, that is 32 units checked piece by piece.

  4. 4

    Defect classification

    Every fault is logged as critical, major or minor — the class decides whether the batch is rejected, reworked or accepted.

  5. 5

    Photo report in your dashboard

    Within 24 hours of inspection you get the full report — counts, photos, defect log — attached to the batch record.

Critical

Unsafe or unsellable — cracks, sharp edges, wrong product. One critical fails the batch.

Major

A customer would return it — glaze flaws, misprints, wrong shade. Max 2.5% of the sample.

Minor

Visible but unlikely to cause a return — faint tooling marks, box scuffs. Max 4% of the sample.

Photo evidence, kept 12 months

Cartons at the dock, seals before opening, count stacks per SKU, and close-ups of every defect found — all attached to the batch record and downloadable for 12 months. When a supplier or carrier disputes a claim, you have the pictures.

Branding add-ons

Make our warehouse invisible. Send us your artwork; we print locally in Yiwu, hold the materials in your inventory, and insert them at the pack bench on every order automatically.
