Fulfillment

Storage
You pay for the space your stock occupies, billed monthly from your wallet. A bin holds about 100 units, so a full one works out near two cents a unit.

Pricing questions
When exactly am I charged?
When you approve a sourcing quote (product cost), when an order leaves the warehouse (pick and pack, shipping at cost, and any duty, import VAT, branding, printing or weight correction on that parcel), when a kit is assembled, and at month-end for storage beyond each batch's free 30 days (90 on the Pro plan). A branding plan, if you take one, is charged yearly through Shopify. Every charge is a wallet line item with a timestamp and reference.
Can shipping cost more than the catalog quoted me?
No. The shipping figure on a catalog product is a ceiling: if the carrier charges us more than that for your parcel, you are still billed the quote and we carry the difference. If the carrier charges less, you are billed the lower amount. Products you ship in to us yourself carry no quote, so those are billed at the carrier's cost.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are credited to your prepaid wallet, usually within 24 hours of the claim being approved, and appear as their own line item referencing the original charge. Wallet balance never expires.
What currency do you bill in?
US dollars, for every quote, charge and refund. You top up by bank transfer, declare it in the portal and we confirm it against the statement. Your bank converts other currencies at its own rate; there are no currency surcharges on our side.
