Why is the platform free?
Because we earn when your orders ship, not when you log in. Our revenue is the pick-pack fee and the margin on sourcing and catalog products — so our incentive is to keep you shipping, not to lock you into a subscription tier. There are no paid plans, no feature gates, and no per-seat charges.
When exactly am I charged?
Three moments only: when you approve a sourcing quote (product cost), when an order leaves the warehouse (pick-pack plus shipping at cost), and at month-end for any storage beyond each batch's free 7 days. Every charge is a separate wallet line item with a timestamp and a reference — an order number, batch number or RFQ number.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are credited to your prepaid wallet, usually within 24 hours of the claim being approved, and appear as their own line item referencing the original charge. Wallet balance never expires, and you can withdraw an unused balance to the original payment method at any time.
What currency do you bill in?
Everything is quoted, charged and refunded in US dollars. You can top up the wallet by card, PayPal or bank wire; if you pay in another currency, your payment provider converts at its own rate and we receive USD. There are no currency surcharges on our side.
