Methodology
- Prices come from the same carrier tariff tables our warehouse books against — YunExpress, 4PX, China Post and DHL — refreshed every Monday. They are indicative; the final rate is confirmed at fulfillment when the label is created.
- Packed weight is product weight plus packaging — about 40 g for a bubble mailer, 120 g for a small carton. Volumetric weight uses a divisor of 8000; the higher of the two is billed.
- Transit windows are measured dock-to-door on our own shipments over the trailing 90 days, not carrier brochures. EU economy lines are IOSS (VAT collected upfront); US lines exclude duties — see the route pages for customs detail.

Are the calculator rates the final price I pay?
The rate shown is indicative — the final freight charge is confirmed at fulfillment when the label is created, and already includes last-mile delivery and tracking. It excludes import duties and VAT (except on EU IOSS lines, where VAT is collected upfront) and excludes the pick and pack fee, which is quoted separately on the pricing page.
How is billed weight calculated?
Billed weight is the greater of actual packed weight and volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is length × width × height in centimeters divided by 8,000, expressed in kilograms. Packed weight is your product weight plus roughly 40 g of packaging for a typical small parcel.
Which carriers does the calculator compare?
We rate-shop YunExpress, 4PX and China Post economy lines plus DHL Express for urgent parcels. The calculator returns the cheapest tracked option per service level; at order time our system re-checks the live tariff table and picks the cheapest line that meets your delivery promise.
