1. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and using Fulfido for business purposes to open an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for all activity that happens under your credentials, including API keys and team member logins. Notify us promptly at hello@fulfido.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
2. Services
Fulfido provides warehousing and order fulfillment from our Yiwu facility, product sourcing on your instruction, and a house catalog of stock you may resell. Sourcing purchases are made only after you approve a written quote in the portal; we act as your purchasing agent, not the manufacturer. Service levels published on our site (such as 24-hour receiving) are operational targets, not contractual guarantees unless stated in a signed agreement.
3. Fees & wallet
Fulfillment fees (pick, pack, materials and carrier charges) are deducted from your prepaid wallet when an order ships out, and sourcing costs when you approve a quote. If a carrier reweighs a parcel or a rate is corrected after ship-out, we may apply a supplemental charge or credit with a line-item reference to the original order. Storage accrues per unit after its free period at the published rate and is deducted monthly; wallet balances are not interest-bearing.
4. Inbound goods & prohibited items
You warrant that goods you send us or ask us to purchase are lawful to store, export and import in the destinations you ship to. We do not accept batteries or battery-containing devices, liquids, aerosols, weapons, perishables, or counterfeit and trademark-infringing goods. Prohibited items found at receiving may be refused, returned at your cost, or surrendered to authorities where the law requires it.
5. Quality control & claims
Every inbound batch is photographed at receiving and those photos are the shared record of condition. Claims for damage, loss or mis-picks must be filed in the portal within 30 days of the triggering event and include the relevant order or ASN reference. Approved claims are compensated to your wallet per the published compensation ladder in effect at the time of the event.
6. Liability limits
Our total liability for any claim or series of related claims is capped at the fulfillment fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Loss or damage while a parcel is in a carrier's network is handled under that carrier's terms and compensation limits, which we will pursue on your behalf. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or damage to reputation.
7. Data & privacy
We process your account data and your customers' shipping data only as needed to provide the services. How we collect, use, share and retain that data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to pass your customers' data to us.
8. Suspension & termination
You may close your account at any time; we will ship out or return your remaining stock at standard rates and refund any unused wallet balance. We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, prohibited items, fraud, or repeated violation of these terms, giving notice where practical. On termination, stock unclaimed after 60 days may be disposed of and reasonable costs deducted before any balance is returned.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed by counsel], excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days will be submitted to the courts or arbitration body named in the final counsel-reviewed version of this document. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer or commercial protections that apply to you by law.
